MPCHS received a CDA no-objection certificate for the scheme on 30 January 2008. Approvals differ by block: Blocks A and B fall under CDA, while the later blocks (C to G) are reported to fall under RDA (Rawalpindi Development Authority). Yes. Several apartment and mixed-use towers are being built inside B-17, in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts, with penthouses in some projects.
